How to play
- Left-click a cell to reveal it. Safe cells show a number: how many mines touch that square (including diagonals).
- Right-click (or long-press on touch) toggles a flag on a cell you believe hides a mine.
- Reveal every non-mine cell to win. Opening a mine ends the game on the spot.
- Press New Game to reshuffle the board and try again.
Game description
Snapshot. Hidden mines litter a grid of covered cells. Revealing a safe square shows how many neighbors touch a mine; right-click or long-press marks where you refuse to step until logic proves it.
Deduction pass.
- Start by opening a broad corner to harvest clues instead of gambling the center blindly.
- Let numbers talk to each other—overlap constraints between two clues often pin a single mine.
- Flag only when certainty is boringly high; a wrong flag wastes trust in your own map.
- When the board tightens, slow down; speed without proof is how celebrations turn into gray ash.

Proof habits. Constraint satisfaction, counting neighbors mentally, and undoing false confidence are the same muscles debugging and budgeting both quietly admire.
